REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take a moment to review and agree to the terms and conditions of your registration at the Erinvale School of Dance. Terms will remain in effect until otherwise indicated.

TERM FEE PAYMENTS:

Term discounts are eligible only until the student’s first class of the 3 month term. Following this time, only full monthly fees will be accepted.

LATE FEES:

Monthly fees received after the start of the student’s second class of the month will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

ABSENCES AND MAKE UP CLASSES:

Absences due to illness, vacation, or other circumstances can be made up at another suitable time within a month of the missed class(es). Refunds will not be given for missed classes.

WITHDRAWALS:

Any withdrawal requests will be prorated to the end of the current month (if paying monthly) or current 3 month term (if paying with the term discount). All future pre-authorized payments will cease. For extended leaves of absence, the student may withdraw, and fees will be prorated to the end of the current month. Upon returning, the student may re-register if space allows.

COSTUME DEPOSITS:

If the student plans on participating in the year-end recital, a costume deposit is required upon registration. The costume deposit is 50% of the total costume fee, and is fully refundable until January 1st.

WAIVER:

I understand that the Erinvale School of Dance Ltd. is not responsible for personal injury while on premises, or for the loss or damage of personal property.
